About the Institute
The institute was founded in 1999 and initially functioned as a representative office of the RSE "National Center for Complex Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan". It was officially approved as a branch by Order No. 67 of the General Director of the RSE “NC CPMR RK” dated August 23, 2012, with the written consent of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 6, 2012, No. KGIP-6-7522-2606.
The institute ensures interaction of the RSE “NC CPMR RK” with legislative and executive authorities, ministries, departments, and development institutions; it carries out research work, particularly in the field of creating refractory and related materials.
