Potential (Licenses, Accredited Laboratories, Technical Committees, Standards)

The RSE "National Center for Complex Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (NCCPMR RK), together with its branches, has been accredited by the authorized body as a subject of scientific and (or) scientific-technical activity for a period of 5 years in accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Science" (Accreditation Certificate No. MK 000708 valid until December 9, 2029).

The RSE "National Center for Complex Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan" performs its work on the basis of the following state licenses:

STATE LICENSE 24018438 dated 14.05.2024 (non-transferable, class 1, valid until 02.11.2028) for activities related to the circulation of precursors, with attachment № 003 dated 14.05.2024.

The structure of RSE "NCKPMS RK" includes certified and accredited analytical laboratories:

Accreditation Certificate No. KZ.Т.07.0480 dated 19.12.2019 with amendments from 19.02.2020 of the VNIITsvetmet Testing Center, consisting of 3 laboratories (chemical-analytical, spectral analysis, wastewater treatment), in compliance with GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 'General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories' (issued by the National Accreditation Center of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, valid for 5 years).
Certificate No. 49 dated 25.10.2021 on the accreditation of the Environmental Protection Department laboratory of VNIITsvetmet for monitoring workplace air, industrial site air, ventilation systems, dust-gas flows in dust-gas cleaning systems, and emissions from pollution sources, harmful production factors, and filter material quality (issued by JSC 'National Center for Expertise and Certification' East Kazakhstan branch, valid until 25.10.2024).
Certificate No. 50 dated 25.10.2021 on the accreditation of the VNIITsvetmet sanitary group to measure physical and chemical factors of workplace air, atmospheric air, sanitary-protective zones, drinking water, surface and wastewater (issued by JSC 'National Center for Expertise and Certification' East Kazakhstan branch, valid until 25.10.2024).
Accreditation Certificate No. KZ65VEK00009359 dated 07.08.2019 of the VNIITsvetmet Industrial Safety Department for performing work in the field of industrial safety: preparation of industrial safety declarations for hazardous production facilities in the mining and metallurgical industry; examination of industrial safety declarations for hazardous production facilities in the mining and metallurgical industry (issued by the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, valid for 5 years).
Accreditation Certificate KZ58VEK00010358 dated 03.04.2020 of the VNIITsvetmet Industrial Safety Department for the development of industrial safety declarations for hazardous production facilities, and conducting industrial safety examinations for hazardous production facilities in the nuclear, chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, energy, and mechanical engineering industries (issued by the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, valid for 5 years).

Based on VNIITsvetmet, by the decision of the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification No. 5/149 dated 06.07.1994, the Interstate Technical Committee for Standardization ITC 504 "Zinc, Lead" was established.

Accreditation certificate № KZ.Т.02.0108 dated 30.12.2022 for the Chemical-Analytical Laboratory of Kazmekhanobra in the field of natural water (surface, groundwater), industrial wastewater, polymetallic and gold-bearing ores and their enrichment products, lead, zinc and copper concentrates, manganese ores, concentrates and agglomerates, barite concentrate, chromium ore or concentrate (issued by the National Accreditation Center of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accreditation valid until 30.12.2027).

The Testing Center operates within the Zh. Abishev Institute of Chemistry, accredited in the accreditation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019.

Accreditation Certificate № KZ.Т.10.Е1376 was issued by the National Accreditation Center of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 18, 2022 (valid until October 18, 2027). The RSE on a non-profit basis "National Accreditation Center" issued a personalized accreditation mark to the Testing Center of the Zh. Abishev Institute of Chemistry.
Certificate № 22-012 dated 19.12.2022 "On the evaluation of measurement conditions in the laboratory performing analytical control of the composition of non-ferrous and precious metals" of the laboratory of physical-analytical methods of the Head Enterprise (issued by the Almaty branch of JSC "National Center for Expertise and Certification", valid until 19.12.2025).
