Biography
He was born on June 16, 1965.
In 1989, he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in economics and a lecturer in political economy.
He started his career as an economist at the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR. In 1990-1991, he worked in management positions in the field of gas and banking, after that, until 2011, he worked as deputy akims of western Kazakhstan, Mangystau and Akmola regions. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Investavia, Betpack Dala, and ESG Projects Qazaqstan.
