Biography
Date of birth: November 10, 1983
He has experience working in government agencies, the private sector and diplomatic missions of Kazakhstan abroad.
In 2016-2020, he worked as an adviser to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and also represented the country at the Permanent Mission to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague.
In 2024, he received an Executive MBA degree from Astana International University under the Strategic Management and Leadership program.Activity
He manages the investment and international scientific and technical activities of the Center aimed at improving the efficiency of resource use and attracting capital. Organizes strategic and economic planning, calculation of consumption rates of material and financial resources, as well as control over the effective use of production facilities.
Coordinates the work of structural divisions engaged in foreign economic activity, design and certification work, as well as administrative and production tasks. Promotes the introduction of modern technologies, new management methods and economically feasible solutions. Organizes the development and implementation of methodological materials on technical and economic planning, calculation of investment efficiency, innovation proposals and innovative projects.
