Biography

He was born on July 22, 1960.
In 1982, he graduated from Saratov Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering.
He holds the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences and Candidate of Physico-mathematical Sciences. Academician of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He is the holder of state orders like "Parasat" and "Kurmet". The International Order of the Commonwealth of the IPA CIS, the international medal "For Strengthening Parliamentary Cooperation", the medal "20 Years of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan", etc.
He started his career in 1982 as a workshop foreman.2 Vostokmashzavod named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR. From 2003 to 2007, he worked as Akim of Glubokovsky district of East Kazakhstan region. From 2007-2008, Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region. From 2008-2020, Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the fourth, fifth and sixth convocations. From 2020-2023, he was an Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of JSC UMK NAC Kazatomprom.
