The department serves as a link between management, research divisions, scientists, and external partners.
The main goal is to coordinate, support, and promote scientific activity.
Main Areas of Activity
Strategic Planning of Scientific Activities
- Development and implementation of the organization's scientific strategy.
- Preparation of proposals on priority areas of scientific research.
Coordination of Scientific Research
- Approval of research and development (R&D) plans.
- Interaction with research divisions and individual scientists.
Support for Scientific Projects and Grants
- Providing informational and methodological assistance in preparing applications.
- Supporting project implementation (monitoring deadlines, reporting, etc.).
Development of Scientific Personnel Potential
- Assistance in improving the qualifications of research staff.
- Organization of scientific seminars and internships.
- Support for young scientists: bachelors, masters, and doctoral students.
International Scientific Cooperation
- Search for partners and coordination of participation in international projects.
- Organization of joint research, conferences, and exchanges.
Scientific Publications and Indexing
- Support in publishing research results.
- Encouragement of publication activity in high-impact journals (WoS, Scopus).
