IRN AP23489513 “Optimization of the technology for producing vanadium pentoxide with minimal sulfur and phosphorus impurity content.” Project supervisor – Ph.D., N. Zhumakynbai.
For the 2025 stage, the following results were obtained:
A technology for the production and purification of ammonium metavanadate (AMV) from vanadium-containing technogenic raw materials has been developed and experimentally validated, ensuring a reduction of sulfur and phosphorus content to below 0.01%. Effective precipitation reagents (NH₄Cl and NH₄NO₃) were identified, and optimal recrystallization conditions were established; a patent application has been filed. One article has been published.
