Kazmehanobr makes a significant contribution to the training of scientists necessary for the industry

Within the framework of partnership with technical universities, the state Scientific and production Association of industrial ecology Kazmehanobr helps young specialists to complete a full-fledged production internship and acquire the necessary skills.

It is no secret that there is a shortage of young personnel in many areas today, so much attention is being paid to the development of human capital. In order to solve this problem and form a pool of scientific personnel, the State Scientific and Production Association of Industrial Ecology Kazmehanobr of the Committee for Industrial Development of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with domestic universities, have provided all the conditions for the internship of young specialists at the enterprise.

It should be noted that young specialists not only improve their research and production skills, but also have the opportunity to be employed. In other words, they gain the necessary research and production experience with a real prospect of further employment.

In addition, experienced PhD students also help young scientists to acquire new knowledge. Thus, on the basis of this organization, effective approaches and technologies are used in the field of processing mineral raw materials, in particular gold-bearing and gold-copper ores and concentrates, processing polymetallic ores, and developing technologies for leaching precious and non-ferrous metals.

At the same time, it is worth noting that for many years the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists has been operating at Kazmehanobr. Young people actively participate in various International scientific conferences and seminars, as well as in organizing and conducting events taking into account the interests of the current young generation.
