Kazakh alloy conquers the world

A meeting of Kazakh and Chinese partners on the implementation of the Kazakhstansky Alloy project was held in Almaty under the chairmanship of the General Director of the RSE "National Center for Integrated Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan", academician, twice Winner of the State Prize of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology Abdurasul Zharmenov.

JinZhou TianSheng Heavy Industry Co.Ltd (JZTSHI), a major company in the field of design and manufacture of electric furnaces in the People's Republic of China, is involved in the implementation of the project. The cooperation between RSE NCCMS RK and JZTSHI has passed the test of time and developed into a real partnership, confirmed by the signing during this meeting of two Memorandums of Cooperation in the construction of ferroalloy plants for the production of ferrosilicoaluminium in Kyrgyzstan and Iran and in the organization of a research institute of metallurgical products in China based on JZTSHI.

"I am glad that I have the opportunity to capture with my own eyes the moment when A. A. Zharmenov, Director General of the RSE NCCMS RK, and B.Li, Director General of JZTSHI, will sign the documents that will guarantee further great things," said the head of the Chinese delegation with the participation of the top officials of the Center for Economic Cooperation. and the Jinzhou County Economic Development Management Committee, Wang Dejia, Secretary of the Jinzhou County City Committee. 

China is a country with a rapidly developing economy. According to the President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor M.J. Zhurinov, the partnership of two of the strongest enterprises – the scientific organization of our country (RSE "NCCMS RK") and the advanced company for the design and production of metallurgical equipment of the PRC (JZTSHI) – will be a great success and contribute to the development of Kazakhstan and China. 

The importance of Kazakh-Chinese relations in the metallurgical industry, which forms the basis of the economy of any country, was drawn to the attention of the meeting participants by Advisor to the President of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences V.S. Shkolnik, stressing that this cooperation is implemented within the framework of state programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SPIID RK for 2015-2019, "Nurly Zhol") and the PRC ("One Belt, One Road") and is aimed at ensuring the well-being of the peoples of both friendly countries. 

On behalf of the Head of State, N.A. Nazarbayev, the relevant ministries are fruitfully working to create a favorable business climate in the republic to promote the development of traditional industries and new industries using innovations and digital technologies. It is obvious that the creation of innovations is the prerogative of scientific organizations. The innovative focus of research is at the forefront of both Kazakh and Chinese science. However, the realization of scientific ideas is the result of the joint work of scientists, designers, and production workers. In this regard, according to the head of the International Cooperation Department of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, G. S. Aubakirova, cooperation between the Kazakh scientific organization and the Chinese design company is an example to follow and will contribute to further deepening bilateral ties in the field of science and technology.
